How do I make an appointment with my doctor? Please call your preferred surgery to make an appointment. All appointments must be made by telephone or in person. At present we are not able to book appointments online or by email. 

Can I contact you by Email, Facebook & Twitter? We welcome feedback from our patients, via email or social media. However we ask that patients do not request appointments or share sensitive medical information using email, facebook or twitter as they are not private.

How do I contact my doctor when the practice is closed? If the practice is closed and you would like to see a doctor please contact the GP Out of Hours Service.

How do I register with Co-operative Medical Care? To register with Co-operative Medical Care, please complete a registration form and return it to our reception team in person. You will also be asked to provide a valid form of ID and proof of address. Please also bring along your health card. Registration forms are available at all of our surgeries and can be downloaded online by clicking here.
