When the surgery is closed, cover is provided by the JDOCs service, they are contactable on 01534 445445.

The clinic is currently located near the Gweneth Huelin entrance of the General Hospital. 

How do I register with Co-operative Medical Care?

To register with Co-operative Medical Care, please complete a registration form and return it to our reception team in person. You will also be asked to provide a valid form of ID and proof of address. Please also bring along your health card. Registration forms are available at all of our surgeries and can be downloaded online by clicking here.

Members fees only apply if the patient, a parent or a guardian is a member of the Society and is registered with Co-operative Medical Care.

The prices for Consultations with a Doctor are only applicable if the consultation is held during normal surgery hours and the consultation is conducted at St Helier Surgery, St Peter Surgery or St Clement Surgery.

The price of a Home Visit during normal surgery hours is set at £85.00 for all Jersey resident patients (with a valid health card), including Under 5’s, 5-18’s and Students. Co-operative Medical Care does not offer free or discounted home visits for any patients.

The Out-of-Hours visits by JDoc are excluded from any discounts or dividend offered by Co-operative Medical Care.  Prices are set by JDoc.

Dividend is only paid to members on services provided by Co-operative Medical Care.

Dividend is applied to the total amount paid to Co-operative Medical Care at each appointment.

By providing your Share Number you are consenting to Co-operative Medical Care providing The Channel Islands Co-operative Society Member Services Office with your Share Number and Total Amount Spent. This information is entered into a central share system which is accessed by the wider business.
